We are a privately-owned company based in Richmond, VA that specializes in aftermarket automotive filters. We strive to be the kind of company that people enjoy doing business with and come back to year after year for their filter needs.
We realize that you can buy a cabin air filter from one of dozens of online retailers. Why buy ours? In one word: support. Our focus is filters, and we intimately know all the filters we sell and how to install them. We maintain relationships with several car rental agencies, used car lots and junk yards in order to gain access to vehicles for making how-to videos for cabin filter replacement.
We want you to know exactly what to expect at every step of the way during the installation before you even buy the filter. Because we have physically gone out and done the installation procedure and scrutinized every detail of the process, we are confident that we can guide you through the process and save you a trip to the car dealer.
We know very well the kinds of things that annoy us about on-line shopping, and we do our best to avoid them. Things like:- Waiting days for orders to be shipped

Our Filters
A cabin filter is the part of a vehicle's A/C and heating system that purifies the air inside the cabin of the car. These filters are designed to catch dust, pollen and other pollutants in the air that enters (or is re-circulated through) the interior of a vehicle.
Not all vehicles were equipped with a cabin filter. In some cases, a vehicle may have come from the factory without a filter installed, but it will have housing that is ready to accept a filter. Most cars manufactured after the year 2000 came equipped with a cabin filter.
Most cabin filters are simple to replace and require minimal tools and effort. Changing your own cabin filter can save you the expense and time of a trip to the dealer. Most cabin filters are designed to go about a year in typical driving conditions. Our filters meet or exceed the performance of the original parts that came in your car.
In some cases, our filters have additional features that make the installation easier . such as partial cuts in the sidewalls to allow the filter to bend as it slides into place. If you are not satisfied with our filter, contact us for a full refund.
What to expect when you place an order
We operate our own dedicated warehouses in Virginia and California and ship to US and Canadian address only. We will ship your order out of whichever warehouse is geographically closer to you. All orders ship via UPS ground. The map to the right is the typical transit times (in business days) for shipments in the US. For example, northern California is in the yellow "1 Day" zone. Customers in that zone should expect shipping time to be 1 business day.
We ship orders Monday through Friday and observe major US holidays. Our cutoff time for same-day shipment is 3:00 PM (Eastern) for orders that ship from our Richmond warehouse and 3:00 PM (Pacific) for orders that ship out of our California warehouse. If you place your order before the cutoff time, it will be shipped that same day. Orders placed after the cutoff time will be shipped the following business day.
Once your order is placed, we will pack it in a plain cardboard box with paper or bubble-wrap packing material to protect the products inside. A printout of your receipt will be included in the box for your records. We will then process the shipment electronically into UPS' system and send you an email with the tracking number.
UPS tracking numbers are not valid until they are physically picked up by a driver and scanned. Typically, UPS pickup is around 5PM. If you paid by credit card, the transaction will be processed after we have shipped the order. We use authorize.net for credit card processing. We never see or store your card information - it is securely sent in real-time to authorize.net when you place your order. At the end of each business day, we instruct authorize.net on which transactions to "settle".
